Hello. I live in Canada and have purchased Shade Lady Coffee in the past. I really enjoy the flavour and sadly, I have now run out. I'd like to order more. Can I order through you or can you can direct me to someone I can order from?

I love your site.

I have been looking for information on growing coffee and find your site very informative.

Reading today's La Prensa they talk about deforestation and how there is less of it. Seems to me that growing coffee is a good use of land, sutainable, and environmentally sensitive.

Watching the various environment groups in the USA over the years I was alway simpressed by the Nature Conservancy because they buy the land they want to preserve so there is not an issue later of the government changing its politics on preservation issues.

Seems to me that agriculture allows one to husband the land over generations, preserving, and providing work.

Anyway, I was interested to see your info on coffee.

The Dec 9th cruise convinced us to plan to move to Boquete or Palmira soon as possible, after visiting sites there. At the Club? That was the best cruise as you made it come alive. I'm 82 and she is 69.
Best regards The scripture was perfect thanks.

Richard,

We're going to be in Panama Dec 20 - Jan 1st, much of our time in the Chriqui highlands, hiking and looking for some property. I would greatly appreciate any recommendations for agents to work with, and any developments to consider. My thought is more for the western side of the volcano, and I'm open to a variety of situations. Ideally I think that I'd like a farm to grow coffee but would also certainly just consider a nice lot in a pre-construction type development - or even just a really nice piece of land.

I'm not interesting in some kind of "quick flip" - I'm only 40 - so I'm interested in a nice piece of heaven to retire to in perhaps 15 years or so, and to visit each year between now and then.

Best regards,

Jeff

My husband is half Panamanian, his father was from the mountain area. We are planning to visit in the fall and your blog provides a nice little look at the area.

I found this blog when looking for information about Boquete and Panama. Most of the other Panama sites are tragic. Your writing is wonderful.

How would I find out how much money I need to live in Boquete?

This is so ironic!! I have tried to find
your email address several times and while looking for B&Bs I by chance came across it here.
Last Oct. - Nov we were on a cruise on
Ms. Rotterdam three continent ending in Rio deJaniero. On the cruise we attended most of your lectures and found you very informative and a delight to listen to.
So as a result of the information you provided we are flying to Panama later this week to spend 2 weeks exploring the country and thank you for sharing your time with us on the ship.
Sincerely,
B&D Holtzhauer

Wow! Thanks! Small world! I get back from the VOLENDAM right after Easter, so if you are going to be in Boquete give me a call! Regards, Richard
